Dr. Michael E. Abrams
Dr. Michael E. Abrams has dedicated decades to the fields of implant dentistry and periodontics. In addition to serving patients affected by tooth loss and in need of prosthetic dental work in and around Brooklyn and Queens, he is the founder of the Brooklyn Dental Forum, which is dedicated to sharing and growing research in the field of dentistry. As the co-inventor of Computer-Guided Dental Implants, his efforts at expanding what can be done for those impacted by tooth loss has benefited care at an international level! He continues to share his expertise through both dedicated care for patients and through lectures at prestigious national forums for dentistry.
Dr. Amanda Abrams
Amanda Brooke Abrams, DDS graduated from Duke University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Abrams actively engaged in genetics research at Duke University and was published in several journals. Later, Dr. Abrams received her DDS degree from the world-renowned Columbia College of Dental Medicine in 2020. At Columbia Dental, Dr. Abrams was awarded the prestigious Northeastern Society of Periodontists Award for exemplary achievement in periodontics. Dr. Abrams continued to her post-doctoral surgical residency training in Periodontics at NYU where she was awarded her Certificate in Periodontics in 2023, and officially became a board-certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontics in 2024.
Dr. Abrams is an exceptionally trained and thorough periodontal surgeon, who has a particular interest in minimally invasive computer-guided dental implant treatment and gum tissue plastic surgery to enhance people’s smiles. Her mission is to provide the highest quality treatment with a caring and empathetic approach. In her free time, Dr. Abrams enjoys traveling, skiing, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Zachary Goldsmith
Dr. Zachary Goldsmith is experienced in the field of periodontics and implant dentistry. He graduated top of his class from the NYU College of Dentistry and completed their Advanced Periodontics Program. Dr. Goldsmith has received multiple awards for his research and academic performance, including the Dr. Michael C. Alfano OKU Award for Excellence in Research and the International Congress of Implantologists’ Pre-Doctoral Student Achievement Award. In addition to his advanced research and professional awards, Dr. Goldsmith often volunteers his time with the community. He’s taken part in the Smile Train Charity events, worked with special needs patients at the New York Hospital Queens, and provided exams and hygiene instruction for community dental outreach programs across New York City. Dr. Goldsmith looks forward to helping our patients with their oral hygiene, from managing periodontal disease to addressing tooth loss with dental implants.

Our hygienist team and office staff are proud to help New York residents receive remarkable care that helps restore and preserve smiles. Many of our staff are fluent in a second language. Spanish, Ukrainian, Italian, and Russian are all spoken at our practice.
Registered Dental Hygienist Cathy Zaremba
Cathy Zaremba has worked with Dr. Abrams since 1991. She is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene Program at New York City Technical College.
Registered Dental Hygienist Dina Beard
A member of Dr. Abrams’ team since 1996, Dina Beard is a graduate of Brooklyn College, where she received her B.S., as well as the Dental Hygiene program at New York City Technical School.
