Walk and Talk About Life’s Big Questions
The Walk and Talk About Life’s Big Questions will take place on Saturday from 9:30am until noon, starting tomorrow and lasting through April 4th. You can walk with different people and talk about thoughtful topics during your 10,000 step five-mile walk. Be sure to bring a fun topic to discuss! The event starts at the McCarren Parkhouse on 855 Lorimer Street.
Empire Skate of Mind
Skate with your whole family at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum on Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 5pm, or from Wednesday to Fridays from 2pm until 5pm. Admission is $15, and skater rental is $10. Admission is only $8 if you bring your own skates. The event is disco-themed and you can enjoy skating on the rooftop terrace!
Zoomies! Comedy Show
You and your family can enjoy a fun live comedy show in a Cat Café. There will be a show tomorrow, and on April 3rd and May 1st. The event is from 7:30pm until 9pm, and admission is $35. All proceeds benefit the nonprofit café, keeping the doors open! The Brooklyn Cat Café takes place on 76 Montague Street.
Lunar New Year Celebration
The MADE Bush Terminal Lunar New Year Celebration will take place on Saturday, March 7th from 11:30am until 3:30pm. The event is free and takes place at the MADE Bush Terminal on 13 42nd Street. There will be cultural performances, live music, food and drinks, health screenings, and tons of vendor booths!
