Family Day
Sunday, October 6th is Family Days at the Barcade, from noon until 5pm. You can bring the whole family down for a great time, with food, games, and fun drinks for the grownups. Barcade is located at 388 Union Avenue. There are tons of arcades to enjoy, a great way to bond with your kids.
Family Gardening
We want to make sure you mark your calendars for Family Gardening Hours at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, which takes place on November 1st. This is a unique and fun one-time program where kids can help plant seeds, water veggies and flowers, create fun crafts, and of course, get their hands dirty. Kids must be accompanied by a grown up and it’s three kids to a grownup. You can register now to save your spot and learn more about planting and growing pants and vegetables.
Play in the Square
A FREE and fun activity for the whole family! Play in the Square takes place in Domino Park on October 13th from 10am until 11am. Kids can enjoy songs and activities from A Rosie Day, including art, sensory games, technology and engineering activities, and science exploration too. There will be fun fall and pumpkin related activities for them to enjoy. This is a great way to introduce your family to the newly opened Domino Square, which is located at River Street and Grand Street.
